Make your own veggie caps filled with essential oils to fight germs

I was recently diagnosed with a systemic candida infection which I found out about after having a rash that wouldn't go away. My holistic health practitioner recommended that I take essential oils like lavender, clove, oregano, cinnamon and peppermint in veggie caps. It's not hard to do actually. You fill half the cap with a carrier oil like extra virgin coconut oil or a good olive oil. Then add drops of the oils you want to use. I've been taking them 3x a day for a month and I feel great. Rash is gone. I've also been on a no sugar diet which I will talk about in another post.
